Q: I heard CrossFit is very intense and only for people who are already fit.
A: CrossFit was created for people of all sizes, ages, genders, physical ability and experience. All WODs (Workout of the Day) can be scaled to meet each individual’s need.
Q: Can I do CrossFit if I have an injury or a pre-existing condition?
A: It is required that the individual has been cleared by his/her doctor prior to commencing any exercise regimen. Once cleared, one of our coaches will be able to create scaled version of a WOD. However, it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you immediately inform a trainer if you feel dizzy or feel uncomfortable with any workout/movement.
Q: Why do I have to take the Fundamentals class before joining a regular group class?
A: The purpose of the Fundamentals class is to familiarize you with the proper movements and techniques of each foundational movement so that you can safely and effectively join the general group classes.
Q: I’ve been working out for several years, can I join a group class without taking the Fundamentals Course?
A: No. Unless you are an experienced CrossFitter, you are not allowed to join our group classes. You are required to complete the Fundamentals Course prior to joining the group classes. This is for YOUR safety.
Q: Do you offer personal training?
A: Yes. Please contact one of our coaches for rates and availability.
