Virtue Barbell specializes in teaching beginners how to lift properly, fix inefficient lifting techniques, develop proficiency in Olympic lifts, increase strength and develop competitive athletes in both CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting.
Virtue Barbell provides a variety of training formats based on the individual’s goals. We provide team training 3 days a week (please see our class schedule), one-on-one personal training* and personal programming (with or without training), tele-training and competition training.
*There are a limited number of custom coaching memberships available. Each membership must be approved by Coaches.
