1 cycle consists of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
Each person completes one full round. Then the next person will complete 1 full round, until a total of 6 rounds are completed
*Each athlete will be completing 3 rounds ( a total of 6 as a team) prior to the 200m run.
**This will be considered 1 cycle.
