Dana Son

Dana, the co-owner of CrossFit Virtue, has been an avid athlete ever since she was a child. Her athletic hobbies include basketball, tennis, volleyball, snowboarding, Muay Thai, and softball. Always looking for new challenges, she stumbled upon CrossFit and the rest is history. Dana is a certified CrossFit Level One Trainer. As a coach, she is very attentive and provides just the right amount of motivation and push each person needs to complete a WOD (Workout of the Day) or improve their form and movement. She is outgoing and playful, but don’t let that fool you. She takes training very seriously. Dana is passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives, both through CrossFit training and building meaningful personal relationships. in 2016, she qualified for Masters PanAm Championships.

Scott Son

Scott, a co-owner of CrossFit Virtue, used to be your typical gym rat. He spent countless hours at the gym, lifting, curling, pressing, running, and doing other repetitive, time-consuming exercises. But eventually those average workouts became redundant and boring to him. So Scott went on a mission to find something new that was more challenging. Enter CrossFit. It was love at first snatch. Scott is a certified CrossFit Level One Trainer. His coaching style is firm, friendly, and supportive. He makes sure each of his trainees gets the individual attention necessary to maximize their own potential and reach new goals.

Enoch Yoon

Enoch Yoon, Coach and Programmer of Crossfit Virtue offers a vast knowledge in fitness and health. He is a Cal State Long Beach graduate with a BS degree in Kinesiology, emphasis in Fitness. Enoch has a Crossfit Level 1 Certification, Crossfit Mobility Certification, and is currently working on his CSCS certification. He has years of experience in Crossfit and is focusing on competing in Olympic Weightlifting. In 2014, he qualified and competed at the USAW University Nationals in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Away from Crossfit, he loves basketball, football, volleyball, snowboarding, and spending time with friends and family. Enoch is very friendly, energetic, and approachable. He does his best to make everyone in all levels at least 1% better each and everyday.

John Pak

John is our weightlifting coach who has coached and developed athletes of all spectrums. He has coached athletes to University Championships, Masters Pan-Am Championships, American Open Championships, and National Championships. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about this sport.

Eddie Profile

Eddie Park

Eddie was “tired of being fat” and it seemed like nothing was working for him. That was until Scott and Dana introduced him to CrossFit and he never looked back. Losing more weight and getting much stronger than he has ever been in his life, he was hooked. In 2015, Eddie qualified for USAW University Nationals. Eddie is very kind and helpful in all aspects.
